1 tsp Nippon Matcha

2 tbsp pumpkin purée

1 cup milk or oat milk (unsweetened)

1 tbsp honey or vanilla syrup

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (plus a little extra for topping)

2 tbsp hot water (about 80°C / 175°F)
Instructions
- Whisk the matcha — Sift 1 tsp Nippon Matcha into a bowl, add 2 tbsp hot water, and whisk until smooth and vibrant.

Prepare the pumpkin milk — Heat 1 cup milk with 2 tbsp pumpkin purée, 1 tbsp honey or vanilla syrup, and ½ tsp pumpkin spice. Froth until creamy.

Pour the matcha first into your glass.

Gently pour the warm pumpkin milk over the back of a spoon (this helps it float on top and form a gradient).
